From Inetum Norte’s Systems practice, we are seeking a professional experienced in O365 support and hybrid environments. We seek an advanced technical support professional for administration, automation, and resolution of complex incidents across our hybrid Microsoft infrastructure. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Advanced Support (L2/L3):** Resolution of critical incidents related to access, connectivity, and authentication in Outlook, Exchange, and the M365 ecosystem. * **Identity and Cloud Administration:** Management of the **Azure** environment (**Microsoft Entra ID**), conditional access policies, MFA, and hybrid synchronization. * **Email and Collaboration:** Management of mailboxes and messaging infrastructure, along with administration and configuration of sites and permissions in **SharePoint Online**. * **Automation:** Proficient use of **PowerShell** for scripting, optimization of daily tasks, and efficient cloud deployments. * **Synchronization and Hybrid Identity:** Management of identity lifecycle through administration of **ADConnect** and **MIM (Microsoft Identity Manager)** to ensure proper provisioning between on-premises and cloud environments. **Profile** * Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in advanced support or M365 system administration. * Solid knowledge of **Azure** (Entra ID / IAM) and hybrid environments. * Proficiency in **SharePoint Online** and management via **PowerShell**. * Familiarity with ticketing and ITSM tools, adhering to response time requirements. * University degree (Bachelor’s or higher), or alternatively, a Higher Vocational Training Cycle in the field of Information and Communications Technology. **About Inetum** Inetum is a European leader in digital services.
