DESCRIPTION **Montornès del Vallès (Barcelona)** Hybrid working mode (2 days remote work per week) Permanent contract **Working hours:** 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM (37.5 hours/week – intensive schedule) **Salary:** €40,000 – €45,000 gross annual (depending on experience) Job Description: A leading company in the environmental sector is looking to strengthen its OT department’s technical team and requires a **SCADA Programmer (AVEVA)** with experience in industrial environments. The selected candidate will report to the IT Services Manager and participate in industrial automation projects. Main Responsibilities: * Technical support, analysis, and resolution of incidents in industrial automation systems. * Development, configuration, and maintenance of SCADA systems primarily based on **AVEVA System Platform / InTouch / Citect**. * Integration with PLCs and control systems from **Rockwell and Siemens**. * Technical documentation and preparation of user and operation manuals. REQUIREMENTS Minimum Requirements: * Technical Engineering degree, FP2 or CFGS in Automation, Electronics or Industrial Electricity. * Minimum 3 years’ experience developing solutions using **AVEVA System Platform SCADA**. * Knowledge of databases (SQL Server), OPC, industrial networks, and communication protocols. * Analytical, planning, and communication skills. * Organized individual with initiative, results-oriented, accustomed to working both autonomously and as part of a team. * Valid driver’s license. Desirable Qualifications: * Knowledge of Rockwell and Siemens PLC programming. * Experience maintaining continuous-process industrial facilities. * Knowledge of industrial electricity and ability to interpret electrical schematics. * Experience with industrial communication networks (Profibus, Ethernet, Modbus RTU). * Basic knowledge of PLCs and instrumentation.
