




Job Summary: This role is responsible for providing technical support to customers in the labor area, managing inquiries and resolving incidents related to labor management software. Our offices are located in **Santander.** **What are your main objectives as a Labor Technical Support Agent?** You will be responsible for customer support services in the labor area. As a Technical Support Agent, you will: * **Customer support**: This function involves communicating effectively with users to understand and resolve their issues or questions regarding labor management software. * **Resolution of advisors’ inquiries**: You are expected to assist labor advisors with specific queries, providing accurate information and guidance in the labor domain. * **Incident and error reporting**: It is essential to document and report problems to improve labor management software. This requires an observant and analytical individual. * Interpretation and implementation of collective bargaining agreements: Understanding labor legislation is required to correctly implement such agreements within the management software. * **Payroll support**: Assistance in creating payrolls using the company’s software, requiring knowledge of labor legislation. * **Management of labor procedures**: Facilitating and guiding users in utilizing the tool for managing various labor processes. * **University degree** in Labor Relations or equivalent is essential to understand the technical and legal aspects of the role and/or vocational training (FP) in Administration and Finance. * **Payroll preparation**: Experience in preparing payrolls is crucial, as it is one of the primary responsibilities. * **Experience in advisory firms**: Prior experience working in labor advisory firms or similar roles provides the necessary practical expertise. * **Customer support**: Previous experience in customer support is fundamental, as interaction with users is a constant part of the job.
