




Position Summary: Autoocupació is seeking a Junior Consultant for the Reempresa Program, providing business and economic consultancy to users interested in acquiring or selling companies. Our motto is “I am who I want to be.” We are looking for a Junior Consultant for the Reempresa Program, a service promoting business transfer in Catalonia, offering comprehensive consultancy and advisory services both to entrepreneurs interested in acquiring a business and to business owners wishing to sell their company. We seek a consultant with a degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, Law, or a related field to join the Reempresa team and provide business and economic consultancy to our users. Main responsibilities include: • Information, initial reception, and orientation. \- Conduct interviews with re-entrepreneurs to assess their profile, business interests, competencies, and professional background. \- Conduct interviews with outgoing business owners to analyze the economic activity subject to sale, its transferability, and viability. • Facilitation of the buying/selling process. \- Promote the “matching” process between offers and demands on the Reempresa platform. \- Prepare and facilitate meetings between outgoing business owners and re-entrepreneurs. \- Monitor the negotiation process and provide support until agreement closure. • Service promotion and activation. \- Participate in outreach and communication activities (talks, fairs, information sessions). \- Manage relationships with local stakeholders (municipalities, guilds, chambers of commerce, organizations). \- Promote new business transfer cases and encourage use of the service. • Documentation and quality management. \- Register and update user information and activities in the management system. \- Prepare reports, statistics, and monitoring and evaluation documentation. \- Ensure compliance with the quality management system and requirements of funding entities. • Quality and continuous improvement. \- Participate in team meetings and service improvement processes. \- Conduct ongoing monitoring and evaluation of programs to guarantee their quality and impact. * Bachelor’s degree – Business Administration and Management / Business Sciences * Bachelor’s degree – Economics * Catalan (spoken – Advanced, written – Advanced) * Spanish (spoken – Advanced, written – Advanced) * Competencies / Knowledge: \- Personal: We seek a dynamic, leadership-oriented individual eager to learn, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in an organized manner. \- Linguistic: Proficiency in Catalan and Spanish. Knowledge of other languages (e.g., English) will be valued. \- Digital: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. * Permanent employment contract * Full-time position * Gross monthly salary ranging from '1795' to '1796' * Additional relevant information: \- Joining a pioneering and well-established project in Catalonia. \- Positive work environment within a dynamic and committed team. \- Continuous training and opportunities for professional development.
