This position requires strong autonomy with full technical ownership and proven experience running production\-grade web application backends. **Tasks:** * Designing and implementing scalable backend services for AI RAG systems. * Building and maintaining FastAPI\-based APIs. * Creating and optimizing CI/CD pipelines. * Contributing to vector storage and chunking strategies. * Ensuring reliability, testing, and production readiness. * Proactively improving backend architecture and infrastructure. **Specific expertise:** * Advanced Python backend experience beyond data\-only contexts. * At least two years developing APIs with FastAPI. * Designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and container\-based distributed deployments. * Managing cloud infrastructure including IAM, databases, compute, and networking. * Hands\-on observability using tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, and Loki. * Solid testing practices across unit, integration, and performance levels. * Experience in generative AI and LLM integration especially RAG systems. * Knowledge of AWS production environments and distributed system performance optimization. * Cloud and API security best practices. **Language:** * English (C1\). **Location:** * Remote (EU).
