If you have administrative education with commercial experience and IT knowledge, and wish to develop yourself in a technical and dynamic environment, we want to meet you! **What will your responsibilities be?** On a daily basis, you will be a key piece in office operations and customer satisfaction: * **Administrative Management:** Preparation of budgets; accounting processing of customer and supplier invoices; contract monitoring; and document management. * **Commercial Support:** Customer service (in-person and telephone), identification of customer needs, and follow-up on commercial proposals. * **Incident Management:** Receipt and classification of technical alerts to ensure an agile response from our support team. * **Process Control:** Daily use of management tools to maintain an organized workflow. **What are we looking for in you?** * **Education:** Higher Vocational Training Degree in Administration, Commercial Management, or similar.
