We are currently seeking to hire a Customer Service Representative Medical Accounts. * Manage and resolve customer incidents, primarily related to billing. * Handle customer account management. * Provide customer service to ensure satisfaction. * Monitor administrative processes and collect information. What are we looking for? * Education relevant to the role, with experience in customer management and interaction for incident resolution. * Customer-service orientation and focus on customer satisfaction. * A proactive individual with adaptability and process improvement capability. * SAP proficiency and MS Office (Excel) skills preferred. * Native Spanish language proficiency required.
