Textile Operator (Afternoon Shift)

Description

The position involves performing essential tasks within the textile product preparation and conditioning process. Key activities include attaching labels to garments according to specified requirements, applying security systems such as alarms, and carefully folding garments for proper storage or packaging. Additionally, the role entails actively preparing orders, which requires organizing and verifying items prior to shipment, ensuring each order meets the client's quality and quantity requirements. This position is based in a dynamic and structured work environment where efficiency and attention to detail are critical to maintaining operational flow. The company offers immediate integration with a formal contract from day one, providing job stability throughout the campaign period. The scheduled working hours are Monday to Friday, afternoon shift, with the possibility of alternating to a 6\+3 schedule—six consecutive working days followed by three days off—adapting to the center’s operational needs. The workplace is located in the municipality of Arteixo, within the province of A Coruña. Residency in Arteixo or nearby areas is viewed favorably to facilitate access to the workplace. The work environment is designed to promote productivity and achievement of production targets, with compensation aligned with the applicable sectoral collective agreement, ensuring regulated and transparent economic conditions for all employees. The contract is fixed-term starting from day one, with continuous renewals until the end of the campaign, scheduled for December. Compensation is set in accordance with the applicable sectoral collective agreement. Working hours are Monday to Friday, afternoon shift, with the additional possibility of a 6\+3 work cycle. A dynamic and structured work environment is offered within the textile sector. Immediate availability for onboarding and scheduling flexibility to accommodate Monday-to-Friday afternoon shifts or the 6\+3 schedule are required. Candidates must either have their own vehicle for commuting to the workplace or reside in the municipality of Arteixo. No specific formal education is required; however, practical experience in general handling tasks, basic goods handling, and auxiliary warehouse or restocking duties is valued.
