* As a member of the Product Development team and in collaboration with other departments, you will be responsible for the design and development of new drainage products for the company's own product range, as well as researching various technologies and materials and applying them to improve existing products and processes. * You will manage product development or improvement projects from scope definition, planning, and monitoring—both from technical and economic perspectives—through to market launch. This includes: * Defining the development or improvement required, based on identified needs and in collaboration with other company areas: sales, production, procurement, quality, etc. * Initial designs, prototypes, calculations, simulations, product and component definition, selection of necessary technologies and manufacturing processes, and corresponding cost assessments. * Preparation of all technical specifications required for product definition: assemblies, exploded views, drawings, technical specifications, standards, work instructions, etc. * Definition, design, and development of necessary tooling for product or component manufacturing, both internally and at external suppliers. * Industrialization of both components and the final product, including first-series follow-up, measurements and testing, up to final product approval according to the company’s quality standards. * Preparation of required product documentation for market launch: commercial documentation, drawings, installation instructions, etc. * Monitoring the sector and conducting technological surveillance within your product domain, maintaining up-to-date information on technical innovations emerging in the market, new products developed by competitors, etc. * Technical engineering degree. * English and Basque language proficiency. * Proficiency in design software—especially Solid Edge and AutoCAD—and knowledge of Finite Element Analysis will be considered an advantage.
