What will you be responsible for? \- Managing room reservations. \- Optimizing resources to deliver the highest quality of customer service. \- Guest check-in and check-out. \- Telephone support and handling requests or incidents. \- Delivering exceptional customer service. ### **Requirements** \- Studies in Tourism. \- Experience in hotels of similar category. \- Advanced English proficiency; additional language skills are valued. ### **Offered** What do we offer?
