Your main responsibilities will be: * Client assistance and advisory during visits: You will accompany potential buyers and tenants, showcasing properties, highlighting their key advantages, and providing attentive, professional, and high-quality service. * Inventory management: For rentals, you will conduct a detailed inventory of the property’s condition, recording all information on our platform to ensure legal security for both parties. * Feedback collection: You will gather impressions, comments, and questions from visitors to support the sales team’s work and contribute to closing transactions.
