Remote work available We are looking for a customer service professional for the energy sector in Madrid. Your responsibilities will include analyzing complaints regarding investment performance, as well as overall management of customer incidents and inquiries. You must be able to apply your knowledge of profitability and volatility to resolve diverse situations, in addition to performing other duties inherent to the position. The working schedule is full-time, 40 hours per week, distributed Monday through Friday on a split shift. Statutory breaks will be observed. * Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and complaint management. * Experience in managing incidents related to financial assets or investment products. * We seek a responsible and dynamic individual. * Availability to perform remote work. Fluent spoken and written Spanish. * Completed ESO or equivalent. \- Degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Finance, Law, or related field is desirable.
