




What are we looking for? We are seeking a professional with experience in construction site technical inspection to supervise construction projects at all stages: design, execution and service. Your mission will be to ensure compliance with technical specifications, current regulations and quality standards, contributing to the safety and reliability of constructed assets. Main responsibilities: * Technical review of building projects and regulatory verification. * Technical assistance, project monitoring and technical due diligence. * Analysis of pathologies in existing buildings or during project phases. * Technical control of structures, installations and secondary works for ten-year/three-year insurance underwriting. * Scheduled and random technical inspections. * Quality control of materials and construction processes. * Preparation of detailed technical reports. * Identification and reporting of non-conformities. Requirements: * Degree in Architecture, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Technical Architecture, Technical Engineering or Higher Vocational Training in construction. * Proven experience in technical inspection, quality control or construction supervision. * Up-to-date knowledge of construction regulations and quality standards. * Class B driver's license. Do you want to join progress, innovation and change? * Level 1 functions: * Inspection activities exclusively focused on construction site execution control for building works meeting the following conditions: (i) non-unique works, (ii) using traditional and non-innovative construction systems/solutions, (iii) with inspections aimed at underwriting ten-year or three-year damage insurance policies, (iv) in accordance with defined, limited and precise internal procedures. Level 2 functions (in addition to the above): * Responsible for execution in ten-year and three-year insurance missions (installations, secondary works, waterproofing) covered in the previous level. * Activities involving review of building project designs regarding waterproofing, installations and secondary works that meet all but one of the following conditions: (i) non-unique works, (ii) using traditional and non-innovative construction systems/solutions, (iii) intended for inspections aimed at underwriting ten-year or three-year damage insurance policies, (iv) in accordance with defined, limited and precise internal procedures. * Conducting Energy Audits according to Royal Decree 56/2016 * **Job Description and Profile (external)**
