Burdinola promotes innovation and total quality, working closely with clients to assess and consider their requirements, providing integrated solutions that enhance laboratory efficiency and safety. ### **Mission** Reporting to the Governing Council, you will lead the organization by defining the cooperative's overall policy, business model, strategic plan, corporate challenges, and short-, medium-, and long-term objectives, as well as the annual management plan, while also ensuring its implementation. More specifically, your responsibilities and functions include: * **Strategic Planning**: Define the business model and strategic plan in collaboration with the Management Committee. Establish and evaluate strategic lines and organizational objectives. Monitor the management plan and assess strategy execution. Identify risks and opportunities, planning actions to address them. * **Management and Coordination**: Manage the organization to ensure appropriate results in terms of cost and quality. Set objectives and evaluate team performance, fostering Burdinola’s culture and values. Lead information meetings and assess operations, informing the organization and acting accordingly. * **Business Development**: Define and lead the commercial and business development strategy in coordination with the Commercial Director. Manage commercial relationships and support sales with strategic clients. Lead Burdinola’s presence and visibility in target markets and negotiate with local partners. * **Organization and HR**: Participate in human resources policies and drive organizational development and improvements aligned with strategy. Lead the hiring of strategic roles. * **Management Committee**: Lead Management Committee meetings, ensuring the deployment and achievement of strategic objectives.
