Position Mission Support the kitchen team in food preparation, organization, and service execution—ensuring order, cleanliness, and quality in every dish, aligned with the Noctis DNA standards. Main Responsibilities * Support in mise en place and station preparation. * Execution of basic preparations under the Chef’s supervision. * Collaboration during service plating and timing control. * Receiving, storing, and managing raw materials. * Maintaining kitchen order and cleanliness according to regulations. * Strict adherence to hygiene and food safety protocols. * Support for events, weddings, and special services. Candidate Profile * Minimum 1–2 years’ kitchen experience (experience in gastronomic or hospitality settings is preferred). * Basic knowledge of culinary techniques and food handling. * Ability to work effectively as part of a team and under pressure. * Organizational skills, discipline, and attention to detail. * Proactive attitude and eagerness for continuous learning. * Professional appearance and commitment. * Personal vehicle required (location is 10 minutes from Soria).
