Our activities span multiple sectors through leading brands such as **Caser Residencial, Hospitales Parque, Caser Dental, CaserVet, Acierta, TH Mantenimiento and SPV**. **What are we looking for?** Caser Residencial seeks to incorporate a Home Care Assistant in Vitoria, supporting elderly individuals with a full range of services. Reporting directly to Caser Cuidados Coordination, your mission will be to provide direct user support in performing daily life activities requiring assistance, according to their dependency level, as well as personal care and environmental support. Key responsibilities include: * Personal care (personal hygiene and cleansing, basic care for incontinent users). * Home-based care (general household maintenance for dependent users and support in food preparation). * Family and environmental support (accompaniment, performing and accompanying tasks outside the home, stimulation, promotion of healthy habits and entertainment). **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** * Indefinite-term employment contract * Immediate incorporation. * Schedule: Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, from 10:00 to 13:00 and from 16:00 to 21:00 **REQUIREMENTS:** * Possession of one of the following qualifications: * Vocational Training Cycle (FPGS) in Nursing Auxiliary Care (formerly Clinical Auxiliary Technician, Psychiatric Auxiliary Technician or Nursing Auxiliary Technician) * Vocational Training Cycle (FPGS) in Care for Dependent Persons (formerly Social-Healthcare Technician) * Professional Certification in Social-Healthcare for Dependent Persons in Social Institutions * Professional Certification in Social-Healthcare for Dependent Persons at Home (formerly Professional Certification for the occupation of Home Care Assistant) **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Availability for immediate incorporation. * Specific training in geriatrics. * Prior experience in a similar role. * Having a valid driver’s license and personal vehicle is highly valued.
