Job Summary: We are seeking a fishmonger to prepare, cut, clean, fillet, and package fresh fish, as well as organize merchandise and prepare orders. Key Points: 1. Main responsibilities will include cutting, cleaning, preparing, and packaging fresh fish. The role also involves filleting fish and preparing orders for subsequent delivery. Additionally, the candidate must organize and place merchandise in its designated location. Occasionally, assistance with the delivery of prepared orders may be required. Proven prior experience in similar roles is required, along with a valid Class B driving license. Other driving licenses will be considered favorably. This is a temporary employment contract lasting 6 months. Full-time work schedule from Monday to Friday, 06:00–13:00 hours. Salary and employment conditions will comply with the Collective Agreement for Food Wholesalers of the Principality of Asturias.
