Due to Sener's strong growth in the infrastructure field, we have the need to strengthen our team with a Drainage Engineer capable of designing linear works' ODT/ODL (railway, roads, metro, etc.), as well as surface and underground drainage for large platforms (ports, airports, depots, hospitals, etc.). The projects assigned will be tendering and construction projects within the infrastructure sector, where you will design the drainage system. The tasks to be carried out are the following: * Define the hydraulic design of the drainage system, including ODT/ODL for linear works (railway, roads, metro, etc.) and surface and underground drainage for large platforms (ports, airports, depots, hospitals, etc.). * Determine design flows and the geometry of drainage systems. Use of SWMM and/or Microdrainage software. * Coordinate interfaces with other involved technical areas (structures, alignment, etc.). * Prepare, verify, or supervise calculations and technical specifications related to hydraulic design. * Preparation of quantity take-offs and budgets, usually using Presto. * Supervise drawings produced by third parties. The workplace can be at one of our offices: Madrid, Bilbao, Valencia, or Barcelona. We are looking for a **Civil Engineer, a graduate in Civil Engineering, or a graduate in Public Works, preferably holding a Master's degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in water.** Applicants must have **more than 6 years of experience as a Drainage Engineer in infrastructure, either in ODTs/ODLs for linear works (railway, roads, metro, etc.), or in surface/underground drainage for large platforms (ports, airports, depots, etc.).** **An intermediate level of English and availability to travel are required.** It will also be valuable to have experience leading drainage design for major infrastructure projects (roads, railways, ports, and/or airports); background in international project development, particularly in Saudi Arabia, Australia, and/or LATAM. Professional experience across different project phases (tendering projects, construction projects, detailed engineering, value engineering, due diligence, alternative studies, feasibility studies, etc.) is expected. Additionally, knowledge of Sustainable Urban Drainage Systems (SUDS) will be considered an advantage.
