Job Summary: Supervise the execution of civil works in industrial environments, managing permits, coordinating resources, and resolving incidents to ensure compliance with schedules and quality standards. Coordination of contractors and resolution of incidents Responsibilities * Ensure activities are carried out according to the approved schedule, promptly reporting any unforeseen events or deviations. * Manage work permits, acting as the applicant and providing all necessary information to the Property’s authorizing personnel with sufficient advance notice. * Ensure executing companies receive required materials and documentation in a timely manner for carrying out their work. * Resolve technical queries and establish clear criteria in response to requests from executing companies. * Supervise work execution, identifying errors as early as possible and communicating them for correction. * Conduct control and follow-up of assembly measurements. * Prior experience as a civil works supervisor in industrial environments, preferably in the petrochemical sector. * Knowledge of work permit management. * Ability to interpret technical documentation and drawings. * Skill in coordinating contractors and resolving on-site incidents. * Commitment to meeting deadlines and ensuring execution quality. * Strong communication and teamwork skills. * Availability to work in Muskiz.
