The **EU Project Lead for Solvent Based Technology** is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering projects focused on solvent technologies under the supervision of the Center of Excellence (CoE) team, with international impact and in compliance with established product safety and compliance guidelines. This is a full-time position, working Monday through Friday at the facility located in Gallarta. **Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:** * Participate in the development of new technologies in the field of solvent-based formulations. * Support the Center of Excellence (CoE) team in modifying and developing products to meet new regulations or market needs. * Evaluate raw materials, perform laboratory tests, and modify formulations as necessary. * Prepare reports summarizing test results and findings. * Collaborate closely with the European technical community (technicians, product managers, technical support team). * Work effectively with key stakeholders, both internal and external. **Required qualifications:** * Minimum university degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related fields. * No prior experience required (laboratory or chemical industry experience is desirable). * Strong command of English and Spanish (spoken and written) – proficiency test will be conducted during the interview process. * High analytical and problem-solving ability. * Attention to detail and proficiency with Microsoft 365 suite. * Familiarity with AI tools is an advantage. * Valid driver's license and personal vehicle (preferred).
