**Description:** ---------------- For an architecture studio located in Las Arenas (Getxo), dedicated to building, renovations, restorations, urban planning, and competitions, we are seeking a Surveyor or Technical Architect with experience, technical rigor, and enthusiasm to continue growing within a dynamic and collaborative professional environment. You will become part of the studio's technical team, actively participating in the technical and economic control of construction projects, budget preparation, and coordination with various stakeholders involved in the projects. You will have the opportunity to engage in residential and retail projects, ensuring quality, adherence to deadlines, and proper execution of work. **Main Responsibilities:** * Preparation of budgets, quantity takeoffs, and construction cost control. * On-site supervision and technical monitoring of construction projects, including coordination with subcontractors. * Handling technical drawings using AutoCAD. * Management of permits, administrative procedures, and documentation. * Supporting the architectural team in technical and design decision-making.
