Join our team and discover how, together, we can contribute today to the mining industry of the future. **Superintendent of Support Services for Operations – Turno 4x3 Presencial \- Zaldívar Mining Company** The purpose of this superintendence is to ensure the operation of equipment and infrastructure supporting Production, including water and electrical supply operations, water supply plant, and cross-functional services—facilitating the production process at the lowest possible cost, with a focus on safety, ensuring compliance with contracts under its responsibility regarding safety, contracted services, and negotiated costs. Ensure compliance with the company’s safety plans, optimize management expenses, guaranteeing lower costs aligned with the competitiveness plan—leveraged by greater efficiency and effectiveness in Support Services for Operations. **Key Challenges:** · Support and manage contracts for support and operational assistance processes, meeting high service standards and low-cost requirements. · Optimize utilization and performance of non-production equipment across water, electrical, water supply plant, and cross-functional services operations. · Maximize personnel productivity while ensuring safety and commitment to the environment and community. · Guarantee adherence to legal standards for safety, health, and the environment, emphasizing safety as the top priority. · Decide on design changes and propose CAPEX-requiring projects. · Provide technical recommendations for awarding procurement contracts. · Participate in and validate supplier negotiation outcomes. **Application Requirements:** · Professional degree in Civil Engineering (Electricity), Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent. · Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance and/or management of cross-functional operational contracts. · Experience leading work teams. · ERP (e.g., SAP) and asset management software (e.g., RMS, RealPro, etc.) proficiency is desirable. · Valid Class B driver’s license with at least 3 years of validity (Mandatory). · Availability to work under the Turno 4x3 Presencial shift schedule at the site located in the Antofagasta Region. · Health condition compatible with the position. **Apply with us between August 7 and August 17 and be part of the generation driving change.** If you are an internal candidate, please apply via the Company’s Internal Mobility Portal.
