MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES ✅ Coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities. ✅ Plan and optimize maintenance interventions. ✅ Analyze incidents and promote continuous improvement. ✅ Manage resources, teams, and materials within the department. ✅ Lead and develop the maintenance team. **WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR** Education: Higher Vocational Training in industrial specialties. Languages: Fluent Basque. Prior experience in maintenance roles, management, and team leadership will be valued.
