Reporting to your Elevator Replacement Supervisor and following an initial training period, you will be responsible for carrying out the full elevator replacement process, ensuring each installation meets TK Elevator’s quality, safety, and efficiency standards. **Responsibilities** * Perform both mechanical and electrical tasks required for the complete equipment replacement, following the established work plan. * Conduct tests, adjustments, and verifications to ensure proper operation of the new elevator. * Keep the customer informed about work progress and completion. * Strictly adhere to safety, environmental, and health procedures and regulations, using appropriate PPE and tools. * Ensure correct management of tools and equipment under your responsibility. * Contribute to continuous service improvement by sharing ideas and solutions during your daily work. Who We Are Looking For * Vocational training in electricity, electronics, or mechanics—or equivalent experience. * Ability to interpret electrical diagrams and schematics. * Prior experience in assembly (highly valued). * Professional certification for elevator maintenance (positively considered). * Valid driver’s license (mandatory). * Key competencies: initiative, results orientation, openness to change, commitment to safety and quality, and customer orientation.
