Job Summary: We are seeking cleaning staff to maintain facilities and establishments, using simple manual and electromechanical tools, with prior experience being desirable and basic knowledge of chemical products required. Key Points: 1. Previous experience in building or premises maintenance is desirable 2. Basic knowledge of chemicals and necessary supplies 3. Candidates with a disability certificate are preferred We are seeking personnel to perform cleaning tasks in facilities and various establishments located in Abanto and Ciervana\-Abanto Zierb. The main responsibility is to keep floors, walls, ceilings, and furniture in good condition, using both manual tools and simple-to-operate electromechanical equipment. Prior experience in maintaining buildings, premises, or common areas is recommended, as well as basic knowledge of the use of chemical products and supplies required for daily work. The offered contract is permanent with part-time working hours. Working hours are scheduled from Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 13:00\. Candidates with a disability certificate of 33% or higher, or with IPT, are especially encouraged to join the team.
