Professional growth opportunities We seek an active and methodical individual to lead the packaging area at a renowned cosmetics company located in Llinars del Vallès. The ideal candidate must possess solid knowledge of packaging processes and consistently pursue improvements to ensure that products delivered to customers meet the highest quality standards. Work will be carried out using modern machinery on packaging and labeling lines, aiming for optimal daily performance. The selected candidate will be responsible for organizing and supervising a team of fourteen to eighteen operators, fostering a positive work environment and maximizing team performance. It is essential to motivate staff, allocate tasks effectively, and achieve production targets. Initial training will be provided, along with opportunities for continued professional development. This is a key position significantly influencing operational success and final product quality. The contract is permanent, with fixed afternoon hours from Monday to Friday, 14:00–22:00. The gross annual salary is €32,000, potentially increasing to €35,000 gross per year after six months, subject to satisfactory performance. Prior experience in supervisory roles within production or packaging departments. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage work teams. Knowledge of packaging and labeling machinery. Quality-oriented mindset and commitment to process improvement. Strong communication and organizational skills. Technical or production-related education is considered an advantage.
