**Location**: Bilbao **City**: Zierbena (Bizkaia) **Province**: Basque Country / Euskal Herria (ES\-PV) **Country**: Spain (ES) **Requisition Number**: 42666 As a **Crushing Operator**, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the proper operation of the manufacturing process related to preparation and extraction, carrying out the typical operations within your work area such as: storage of raw and finished materials, preparation, extraction, dryers, silos, cooling towers, splitting, hexane unloading, boilers and similar equipment in your area. You will also be in charge of collecting consumption meter data for auxiliary materials, gas and other resources used in the department where you perform your duties. **Main Responsibilities:** * Carry out process operations, monitoring, supervision and control of parameters, taking appropriate actions when required, to achieve consistent KPIs and ensure safety, environmental and quality conditions. * Under the supervision of the plant shift supervisor: you will be responsible for maintaining the proper operation of the manufacturing process in your work area, performing control tasks using the appropriate computerized tools (SCADA), and being present on site to carry out, when necessary, the following activities: * + Perform basic physicochemical controls on products in the manufacturing process (intermediates), according to established instructions, standards, procedures and process specifications + Maintain facilities, equipment and machinery in suitable process conditions, including cleaning, order, safety and quality requirements needed to produce the final product and ensure good manufacturing practices + Collect consumption meter data for auxiliary materials, water, gas and other resources related to the production process * Regarding occupational safety, you will comply with the provisions outlined in the document "Functions and responsibilities in occupational risk prevention" * You will know and ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety and environmental regulations you have been trained on **Education/Experience:** * Education: Vocational Training Level 2 or Level 1 in electricity/electronics/mechanics/electromechanics, Higher Technician in Chemical Plant Operations, or other similar qualifications. * Fluent Spanish; intermediate level of English will be valued. * Additional training considered valuable: basic courses in quality, environment, occupational risk prevention, good manufacturing practices, and any other related to the position or professional activity.
