At Ormazabal you will find a space to design your future and that of the rest of the world. **JOB DESCRIPTION** At Ormazabal Igorre we want to incorporate personnel into the mechanical assembly team. **Main responsibilities:** * Assemble the different components used inside Medium Voltage cells (membranes, micas, seals, fuse holders, switches, busbars, capacitors, interfaces, etc.), updating equipment traceability, following assembly instructions and using electronic tightening tools. * Work on an assembly line with a lean production system, which requires maintaining a constant work pace with corresponding breaks. * Perform assembly checks to ensure work quality and prevent incidents or production delays. * Occasionally participate in daily PCP meetings and suggest improvements. * Be responsible for compliance with safety rules and protection measures for people, facilities and work tools. **REQUIREMENTS** * **Education:** Degree obtained **less than three years ago.** * + Medium Grade in Electromechanical Maintenance. + Higher Grade in Production Programming in Mechanical Manufacturing. + Higher Grade in Industrial Mechatronics. + Complete Professional Certificate (ELEQ0111\) Auxiliary Operations in Assembly and Maintenance of Electrical and Electronic Equipment. + Professional Certificate in Auxiliary Mechanical Manufacturing Operations (FMEE0108\). + Professional Certificate in Assembly and Commissioning of Industrial Equipment and Machinery (FMEE0208\) + Professional Certificate in Production in Machining, Forming and Mechanical Assembly (FMEM0209\) * **Experience:** In manufacturing assembly line processes and tool handling. * **Competencies:** + Attitude and willingness to work, adapting to changes and demands. + Performance: maintaining adequate pace, meeting established process and quality standards. + Teamwork: We work on a production line with multiple people, where one person's activities impact others.
