Requirements * Passion for sales and customer service. * Organizational skills and a solution-oriented attitude. * Proactivity, optimism, and eagerness to learn. * Experience working with goals and KPIs. * Minimum 1 year of experience in client-facing roles (in-person/telephone/cross-selling retail or sales advisory positions). * Advanced office software proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, CRM, etc.). * Administrative/Back-Office management. * Willingness to work at any of Bluespace’s centers in Bilbao: Barakaldo, Ballonti, San Adrián, Bolueta, Bolueta Centro, and Santurtzi. * Personal vehicle.
