At Pacto, we are looking for an HR Consultant to join our office in Donostia. If you are a proactive person, with experience in the sector and eager to make a difference, this is your moment! What will be your responsibilities? Your role will be key to ensuring the success of our office, from talent selection (hospitality and general profiles) to labor management and customer service. Here are some of your responsibilities: * Analyze the Job Description provided by clients and define the required profiles. * Post job offers on portals and contact training centers and/or job banks according to needs. * Conduct selection interviews, both by phone and in person. * Provide direct support to clients and candidates, ensuring a satisfactory experience. * Update and maintain the candidate database. * Carry out client visits for follow-up when necessary. * Manage administrative processes. What do we offer? * Stable position. * Working hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 14:00 and 15:00 to 18:00. * Base salary \+ competitive depending on the candidate's experience. * Immediate incorporation. What we value in you: * Previous experience in personnel selection, preferably in hospitality and industry. Are you ready to take on this challenge? We want to meet you! * 2\-3 years of experience in temporary employment agencies and/or consulting, with experience in generalist and hospitality profiles being valued positively. * Residence in Donostia or nearby areas. * Immediate availability. * Own vehicle is a plus.
