At Ormazabal you will find a space to design your future and that of the rest of the world. **JOB DESCRIPTION** We are seeking to incorporate a person into the Boilerplate Workshop team, in the Assembly position. **Responsibilities:** * Perform standardized assembly of bases, covers and other metal structures autonomously and without errors, following process sheets. * Carry out basic preventive maintenance tasks on machinery and facilities (cleaning, resolving minor incidents according to procedures, etc.). Take responsibility for and perform management tasks corresponding to membership in a self-sufficient cell (placing orders to suppliers and internally, production planning, communication with suppliers, occupational health and safety, etc.) * **REQUIREMENTS** * **Education:** Qualification obtained **less than three years ago.** + Medium-level Degree in Machining. + Higher-level Degree in Mechanical Manufacturing Design. + Higher-level Degree in Production Programming in Mechanical Manufacturing. + Higher-level Degree in Metal Structures. + Professional Certificate in Auxiliary Mechanical Manufacturing Operations (FMEE0108\) + Complete Professional Certificate in Production in Machining, Forming and Mechanical Assembly (FMEM0209\) * **Valued experience:** In industrial companies in manual and mechanical production processes. * **Knowledge:** Blueprint interpretation, Kaizen methodology, continuous improvement processes. * **Competencies:** + **Attention to detail:** Paying attention to tasks performed to ensure quality work. + **Teamwork:** We work on a production line with multiple people, and one person's activities impact others. Additionally, maintaining a positive working environment that promotes communication is very important. + **Leadership:** Understood as taking ownership and leadership of one’s daily activities. * **Other requirements:** + Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle to commute to the workplace. + Availability to work three shifts. + Availability to start working within less than one month. **CONDITIONS** * Employment contract through company, initially for 6 months.
