The selected candidate will integrate into one of our teams located in Bilbao to support services for the Public Administration. Brief description of responsibilities: * **Resolving tickets, production changes (objects, users, websites, billing, etc.), responding to requests via phone and work queues.** * **Regular use of Control\-M, Active Directory, Windows, and Linux.** * **Inventory Management** * **Experience with ITSM platforms** Technical Requirements: * **Proficiency in Windows; experience with Control\-M, Active Directory, and ticketing tools is desirable.** * **Minimum prior experience in IT operations departments.** * **Strong communication and incident management capabilities.** * **Experience in inventory management** * **Experience in operational services** Additionally, knowledge of and certifications in Basque will be viewed favorably. **Requirements** Over 15 years’ experience in operational services Technical Requirements: * **Proficiency in Windows; experience with Control\-M, Active Directory, and ticketing tools is desirable.** * **Minimum prior experience in IT operations departments.** * **Strong communication and incident management capabilities.** * **Experience in inventory management** * **Experience in operational services** Additionally, knowledge of and certifications in Basque will be viewed favorably. **Additional Information** *We offer a comprehensive training catalog covering technological competencies and certifications aligned with project and client requirements.
