**Ingeteam**, a leading company specialized in electrical engineering and the development of electrical equipment, motors, generators and frequency converters, is looking for a Technical Solutions Engineer to join the Pre\-Design Department of the Traction Systems Business Unit in Zamudio. Mission: Develop optimal technical and economic solutions demanded by the market, following the instructions of the area manager and applicable procedures, to ensure compliance with customer requirements. Among its main **challenges**, the following responsibilities stand out: * Analyze technical requirements of new opportunities. * Select initial topology together with the area manager. * Develop technical pre\-designs in all aspects (electrical, mechanical, thermal, hydraulic, control, communication...) for specific customer requests, aiming for technical and economic competitiveness. * Supervise and guide the mechanical design of the offered product. * Technically define external components and liaise with suppliers on technical matters. * Meet the pre\-design schedule established together with the Account Manager (KAM). * Prepare the final document with the technical proposal. * Perform economic calculations for technical solutions (Recurring Costs) and associated product developments (NRC). * Identify technical risks of pre\-designs. * Develop and maintain assigned pre\-design tools. * Know and collaborate with other technical departments for pre\-design activities (filter definition, routing, RAMS/LCC,…) **Requirements** * Higher Engineering degree in Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical or similar. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles. * English at least B2 level. * Knowledge of: Power Electronics and MS Office. * The ideal candidate should be proactive, able to work in a team, flexible, have good communication skills, high learning capacity and problem\-solving ability. **We offer** * Joining an innovative, leading organization in Power Electronics, contributing to the energy model transition and impacting triple sustainability (social, environmental and economic). * Up\-to\-date work processes. * International working environment. * Opportunity to gain experience performing dynamic tasks. * Flexible working hours and other work\-life balance facilities. * Compensation aligned with the candidate's experience. * Indefinite contract.
