We show you all about it in this video: That’s why we count on you as a **store restocker**, and you will be responsible—alongside the store sales team—for maintaining well-organized, fully stocked shelves to facilitate self-service and meet customer needs. **Key Responsibilities** **Shelf Restocking:** * Restock shelves and promotional areas, prioritizing urgent needs. * Manage product returns with the Store Manager. * **Store Image:** * Ensure the store presents an excellent image at opening, including clean, clearly marked, and safe aisles. * Respect product placements on shelves. **Stock Control:** * Notify the Store Manager of out-of-stock items on shelves so corrective actions can be taken. * Actively participate in inventory counts. * Participate in replenishment, being aware of both current stock levels and required restocking quantities. * Suggest improvements to product placement on shelves. **Logistics Processes:** * Know and apply all current logistics processes. * Carry out proper waste separation. **What We Offer** **Our Purpose** ===================== At Leroy Merlin, our purpose gives meaning to who we are and everything we do—a guiding principle representing our commitment to you and to the planet.
