Dynamic environment requiring organization and attention to detail. We are looking for a professional to manage the administrative and operational aspects of the food supply chain. The team is responsible for ensuring efficient distribution and meeting customer service levels in the A Coruña area and surrounding regions. Main responsibilities include handling orders, tracking deliveries, and maintaining customer relationships — a critical role for the proper functioning of the logistics department. On a daily basis, phone calls and emails are handled, online orders are processed, and deliveries are monitored, coordinating with the team to resolve incidents and ensure punctuality. Customer visits are also scheduled, customer needs are proactively addressed, and basic stock levels are monitored to prevent shortages. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment. Administrative training is valued, and proficiency with office software — especially Excel — is essential. Prior experience in logistics, particularly in the food sector, facilitates rapid adaptation to procedures and work rhythms. Administrative vocational training is valued. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and email communication. Minimum one year of experience in similar roles, preferably within logistics. Organizational ability, attention to detail, and strong communication skills are required.
