Job Summary: The Data Delivery Specialist will orchestrate and optimize the demand flow for the data service, managing the full lifecycle of requests from JIRA to business value realization. Solid experience in delivery management within DATA service environments As a Data Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for orchestrating and optimizing the demand flow for our data service (Governance, Architecture, AI, Engineering, and Visualization). Your goal is to ensure flawless and agile delivery, managing the full lifecycle of requests from their entry into JIRA to their realization of business value. **In your day-to-day:** **Demand Orchestration:** * Manage the end\-to\-end process of receiving, analyzing, prioritizing, and tracking business requests directed to the IT DATA team. * Centralize and refine all requests entering via JIRA in the IT DATA domain to ensure they capture relevant information for subsequent analysis by the team. * Manage the global backlog, ensuring the team works on what truly moves the needle for the business. * Facilitate the flow between Governance, Architecture/AI, Engineering, and Visualization teams. * Document and communicate demand management processes, procedures, and standards. **Methodology Leadership (Agile \& Flow):** * Agile Methodologies: Implement and lead Kanban and Sprint Agile frameworks, adapting them to the needs of incident maintenance and evolutionary projects. * Coordinate with technical leads to remove blockers/dependencies and optimize team velocity. * Flow Management (JIRA): Administer the backlog, prioritize tasks, and articulate technical and business demand. * Ability to manage business users (data owners and stewards) and their delivery expectations, involving them in the initiative lifecycle. * Manage dependencies, risks, and blockers associated with requested data product requests. * Performance KPIs: Prepare service-level reports (SLA, Cycle Time, Velocity, Burndown Chart, Team Capacity, Blockers Dashboard) to measure team health and performance. **What We’re Looking For:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or related field. * Solid experience (3\-5 years) in delivery management within DATA service environments and in managing IT services and/or projects. * Stakeholder and Business Management: Demonstrable experience directly managing key business users, with the ability to manage priorities based on the business value delivered by requirements and delivery expectations. * Analytical Capability: Ability to "translate" business concepts into data architecture technical terms to develop clear delivery plans for business users. * IT Ecosystem Communication: Ability to coordinate dependencies and align delivery plans with other IT areas (Infrastructure, Security, DevOps, etc.). * Tool Proficiency: Expertise in JIRA Service Management and Jira Software (board configuration, status workflows, and team performance and SLA reporting). * Agility: In-depth knowledge of Scrum and Kanban, and how to adapt them to an environment blending development (projects) with support (incidents). * English B2 **What Can We Offer You?** * Annual performance-based bonus. * Flexible working hours. * Flexible compensation (health insurance, meal vouchers, transportation, childcare, etc.). * Employee discount. * Personalized development plan and career path within an international environment (JD Group). * Extensive training catalog covering both hard and soft skills. * On-site sports facilities. **About the Group:** We opened our first Sprinter store in Valencia in 1995 and since then have grown into the destination for those passionate about sport and athletic fashion.
