




Job Summary: We are seeking an R&D Project Management Technician to support the technical, economic, and operational management of digital projects at a technology center. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for an **R&D Project Management Technician** to support the technical, economic, and operational management of digital projects. You will collaborate with specialized technical teams and contribute to the development, monitoring, and closure of technological initiatives of diverse nature, related to areas such as software, artificial intelligence, data science, automation, digital twins, cybersecurity, and quantum computing. You will join **ITG**, a private technology center with locations in **A Coruña** and **Vigo**, specializing in developing differentiated new technologies and comprising a team of over 200 people committed to generating real societal impact. The center’s culture is built upon wellbeing, continuous learning, open dialogue, and personal autonomy—creating the space for you to develop your best professional self. **The Challenges** ️ * Support the planning, organization, and monitoring of European and national R&D projects. * Coordinate and participate in drafting, reviewing, and delivering milestones, reports, and technical documentation. * Support technical teams in organizing tasks, meetings, deadlines, and dependencies. * Support justification, audit, and documentary traceability processes. * Perform economic monitoring of projects: budgets, costs, staff allocations, deviations, and supporting documentation. * Facilitate communication among technical teams, department heads, clients, partners, suppliers, and funding entities. * Contribute to improving internal procedures for monitoring, reporting, and managing digital projects. **What We Expect From Your Profile** * University degree in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Administration (ADE), or related fields. * Over 2 years of experience in managing technological R&D projects. * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and deadline management capability. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills when collaborating with technical profiles. * English proficiency level C1. * Residency in Galicia. **Conditions** * Indefinite-term contract, with a 6-month probationary period. * Hybrid work model, combining remote work with on-site work at the A Coruña offices * Competitive remuneration package based on your prior experience and potential. * Summer working hours from June to September (Monday to Friday, 8:00–15:00).
