Relocation Centers is looking to hire a Relocation \& Immigration Specialist to manage our Relocation Center, based in Alicante, Spain. ABOUT THE ROLE The selected candidate will be responsible for guiding and supporting both foreign nationals and local clients through all administrative procedures related to their relocation process in Spain, with a strong focus on immigration documentation and compliance. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES \- Processing and management of NIE (Número de Identidad de Extranjero), TIE (Tarjeta de Identidad de Extranjero), and all types of visas and residence/work permits (including non\-lucrative visa, golden visa, digital nomad visa, etc.) \- End\-to\-end relocation support: housing search, city registration (empadronamiento), bank account opening, school enrollment, and more \- Coordination with public bodies and authorities (consulates, immigration offices, civil registry, etc.) \- Management of client files and documentation throughout the entire process \- Personalized assistance to international clients \- Follow\-up on all administrative procedures until full resolution REQUIREMENTS \- Solid knowledge of Spanish immigration law and procedures: NIE, TIE, visas, and residence/work permits \- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in immigration documentation processing \- Professional level of English (C1 or above) — REQUIRED \- Professional level of Spanish — REQUIRED \- French language skills are a strong asset and highly valued \- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously \- Client\-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills \- Technology\-savvy profile: comfortable adopting new digital platforms, CRM systems, and document management tools\- Proficiency in office applications (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace) CRM and standard business tools — REQUIRED \- Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar) and ability to integrate them into daily workflows. \- Social Media Marketing knowledge would be great.
