If you are eager to add **value** to the team and take on new challenges as they arise, **come meet us!** Your **mission** will be to lead the analysis of the most complex cases, identify new attack patterns and vectors, act as the technical liaison between the incident response team and Product & Engineering teams, and actively contribute to improving the platform's detection capabilities. We seek someone who not only resolves incidents but also deeply understands "why attacks work" and can anticipate them. ✍️**Main Responsibilities** **Advanced Incident Analysis** * Handle the most complex cases escalated from L2: coordinated attacks, new vectors, atypical behaviors. * Conduct in-depth evidence analysis: reconstruct the attack sequence frame-by-frame when necessary. * Assess whether an incident indicates a system vulnerability or a configuration weakness. * Draft advanced technical reports for enterprise customers and, where applicable, for legal or regulatory teams. **Technical Liaison with Product & Engineering** * Accurately communicate detected attack patterns to R\+D, Cybersecurity, and Product teams using precise technical language. * Translate customer incidents into actionable system detection improvement requirements. * Participate in designing new rules, thresholds, or verification workflows based on field evidence. **Team Leadership** * Mentor and provide technical support to L2 analysts. * Define and update incident response playbooks. * Monitor global biometric fraud trends and transfer learnings to the team. * Collaborate in developing internal training materials. **What do we offer our team?** * You will become part of a great family composed of people with whom you’ll work closely and from whom you can draw inspiration. * An innovative, young, and transparent team. * Job stability. * Full-time permanent contract. * Flexible working hours to balance your personal life. * Remote work plan. * Health insurance. * Training plan. * Facephi Corporate Benefits, where we are pleased to offer you a wide variety of discounts from top brands. * At Facephi, we are committed to diversity and equal opportunities. **Requirements:** --------------- ***Experience and Knowledge*** * *5\+ years of experience in identity fraud, cybersecurity, biometrics, or related fields.* * *Solid knowledge of biometric attack vectors: video injection, deepfake, face morphing, GAN\-generated faces, replay attacks.* * *Ability to interpret metrics, complex logs, and frame sequences with advanced technical judgment.* * *Familiarity with industry standards: ISO/IEC 30107, NIST FRVT, eIDAS, GDPR as applied to biometrics.* * *Prior experience in L3 or similar roles with direct interaction with enterprise customers.* ***Key Competencies*** * *Analytical and forensic thinking: ability to reconstruct an attack from fragmented evidence.* * *High-level technical communication in Spanish and English (minimum C1).* * *Technical leadership and mentoring capability without requiring formal hierarchical management.* * *Active curiosity about the global fraud landscape: follow publications, CVEs, research.* ***Desirable*** * *Experience in IDV companies or anti-fraud teams of top-tier financial institutions.* * *Contributions to publications, conferences, or open-source projects in biometric security.* * *Knowledge of Computer Vision-based or ML model-based detection techniques (implementation expertise is not required).* ***Residence*** *Spain or Latin America.*
