Colchones Denoi is a company dedicated to the manufacturing and marketing of sleep equipment, with a solid track record in the sector. We are seeking to hire a Human Resources Technician to manage selection processes, personnel administration, and labor coordination. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES * Attendance control, management of absences, leave requests, and labor incidents. * Coordination of payroll processing, social security contributions, and labor documentation with external advisory services. * Full management of the recruitment area (posting job offers, conducting interviews, hiring). * Coordination of medical examinations, provision of personal protective equipment (PPE), and documentation related to Occupational Risk Prevention. * Coordination with temporary employment agencies (ETTs). * Preparation of reports for management. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS * Education in Labor Relations, Psychology, Administration, or a related field. * Prior experience in labor management and personnel administration. * Knowledge of labor legislation, payroll processing, and Social Security regulations. * Organized, solution-oriented individual with planning capability and attention to detail. BENEFITS * Indefinite-term contract. * Full-time continuous schedule from Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00. * Reduced working hours on Fridays during the summer period. * Stable integration into an established and growing company. * Salary negotiable according to experience and value added.
