Summary: Join our team in Benidorm as a Transfer Agent, responsible for managing and supporting transfer routes, ensuring high-quality service, and handling incidents with effective customer communication. Highlights: 1. Manage and control transfers, supporting main pick-up points in Benidorm. 2. Ensure high-quality service through communication with drivers and customers. 3. Handle incidents and coordinate with internal departments. We are looking for a Transfer Agent to join our incoming agency in Benidorm and strengthen our team. As a Transfer Agent\- Emergency Team you will be responsible for managing and supporting the main central pick\-up points for the transfer routes in Benidorm. You will maintain close communication with drivers and TTOO customers to ensure the highest quality of service, as well as handle incidents. If you enjoy customer service, we look forward to meeting you. **The main responsibilities will be**: * Management and control of transfers in Benidorm. * Support at the main Pick\-Up points of our transfers. * Customer check\-in for transfer services. * Communication with providers, hoteliers and TTOO. * Incident management. * Coordination with other internal departments to ensure service quality. * Emergency phone: handling calls on certain days of the week outside office hours. * 2 years of experience in a similar position. * Advanced level of English, other languages will be a plus. * Ability to work properly with IT Systems and quickly adapt to our In\-house operational systems. * Good knowledge of Costa Blanca. * Studies of Tourism or related fields. * Flexible working hours to cover emergencies.
