At present, as a recruitment consultancy, we are seeking a **Finance Manager** for our client, who will be responsible for managing the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, ensuring compliance with local and international accounting standards and tax regulations. You will lead an accounting team, providing mentorship and guidance while optimizing processes to increase efficiency. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** Key responsibilities of this position include: * Oversee monthly and annual accounting closings, performing group reporting on time and accurately. * Coordinate external audits and ensure compliance. * Conduct tax control activities. * Supervise accounting processes. * Implement process improvement initiatives and provide financial support to management. **REQUIREMENTS** * Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. * Minimum 5 years of professional accounting experience, including leadership roles, intercompany operations, and financial reporting. * Demonstrable experience in taxation: VAT, Corporate Income Tax, tax planning, and tax review. * International work environment experience is highly valued. * Advanced proficiency in SAP and in-depth knowledge of tax reporting and financial analysis. * High level of English proficiency (communicative competence). * French language skills are an asset. * Essential competencies include accountability, organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously while adapting to changing priorities. **What does the company offer?** * **Permanent contract** * **Competitive salary** between 43\.000 \- 45\.000 € gross per annum. * Flexibility to work remotely once a week. * Health and wellness benefits, including private medical insurance. * Professional development opportunities and support for further training. * Flexible working hours; intensive schedule from 08:00 to 09:00 and departure from 17:00 to 18:00 on Fridays, and from 08:00 to 14:00 on Fridays. * Summer intensive schedule from 08:00 to 15:00 in July and August. * Workplace located in Alicante Reclut is a boutique recruitment and headhunting consultancy.
