At our **Bocairent** plant, we continue to grow and aim to hire a **Plastic Injection Specialist** who shares our values and drive to move forward. What will you do on a daily basis? You will join the production technical team, and your main responsibilities will include: * Performing **mold changes** and **start-ups of injection molding machines**. * Carrying out **preventive and corrective maintenance** of machinery. * Collaborating with operators to **resolve operational issues**, and participating in **machine parameterization**. * Ensuring process quality and production continuity. * Working collaboratively with other departments to achieve shared goals. Requirements * Minimum of **6 years' experience** in a similar role within the plastic injection industry. * Knowledge of **machine parameter adjustment**, **mold changes**, and **basic maintenance**. * Technical education is desirable (e.g., Vocational Training in Mechatronics, Maintenance, Plastics, or related fields). * Proactive attitude, ability to work in a team, and results-oriented mindset.
