**Required Profile** **Experience** Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in restaurants and pizzerias, performing front-of-house service and customer-facing duties. **Technical Knowledge** Proficiency in front-of-house service standards and protocols, beverage and wine service, and attention to detail. Experience in customer-facing service tasks—such as carving, tableside finishing of dishes, or plating at the table—is especially valued. **Personal Competencies** Excellent appearance and communication skills, customer orientation, ability to work effectively in teams within demanding environments, and high sensitivity to detail and service excellence. **Responsibilities** * Execute flawless mise en place and front-of-house preparation prior to each service. * Advise customers through detailed menu presentations, personalized recommendations, and information regarding allergens and ingredients. * Serve beverages and collaborate with the sommelier on wine service and recommendations. * Coordinate service timing with the kitchen to ensure a seamless and outstanding customer experience. * Ensure compliance with the brand’s established standards for cleanliness, order, visual presentation, and quality. * Actively contribute to creating a memorable and distinctive experience for every guest.
