We are seeking a Maintenance Technician for one of our 4\* hotels in Alicante. What will your responsibilities be? Prevent, detect, and repair malfunctions, defects, and anomalies in hotel facilities and equipment. Monitor and optimize energy consumption, contributing to operational efficiency and sustainability of the property. Know and apply current Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations, as well as building self-protection and evacuation plans. Maintain smooth and coordinated communication with external maintenance and technical service providers. Identify and record all equipment and facilities subject to maintenance. Carry out basic building and equipment maintenance repairs, aligned with needs communicated by other hotel departments and according to established preventive maintenance plans. ### **Requirements** Vocational training in maintenance-related specialties (Electricity, HVAC, Installations, Electromechanics or similar). Knowledge of applicable current regulations and standards for public-access buildings. Prior experience in hotel facility maintenance or similar environments.
