An ornamental plant company located between Crevillente and Elche is looking to hire a **Nursery Supervisor** to lead and supervise daily nursery operations, ensuring proper maintenance, production, and organization of plants and facilities. **Main Responsibilities** * Organize and supervise daily nursery tasks. * Coordinate planting, loading, and order preparation activities. * Monitor and track the condition of ornamental plants. * Manage irrigation, pruning, fumigation, and other phytosanitary treatments. * Supervise staff and plan daily work assignments. * Control materials, tools, and general nursery maintenance. * Ensure compliance with quality and order standards. **Requirements** * Minimum **5 years** of experience in a similar position. * Technical knowledge of ornamental plant care *(irrigation, pruning, fumigation and phytosanitary treatments, general nursery maintenance, etc.)* * Experience in loading, planting, and handling plants. * A proactive, organized, responsible individual with strong planning skills. * Ability to coordinate teams and work toward defined objectives. * Valid driver's license and personal vehicle. **We Offer** * Opportunity to join an established company in the sector. * Job stability. * A positive work environment. * Competitive salary commensurate with candidate’s experience and qualifications.
