Italian restaurant seeking to hire a **Kitchen Assistant** to join a dynamic and professional team. Main responsibilities Direct support to the chef during service. * Preparation and production of cold dishes. * Keeping kitchen and dining areas clean and organized to ensure a pleasant and safe environment. * Ingredient preparation and mise en place. * Plating and assistance in preparing various dishes. * Preparation of salads, desserts, and other simple preparations. * Receiving, organizing, and storing goods. * Maintaining order and cleanliness in the kitchen and with work utensils. * Compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP). * Collaboration with the rest of the team to ensure efficient and high-quality service. Requirements * Prior experience as a kitchen assistant will be valued. * Responsible, organized person with ability to work in a team. * Positive attitude, initiative, and eagerness to learn. * Availability to work weekends and holidays.
