Job Summary: We are seeking a leader for national and international Retail expansion, identifying opportunities, negotiating locations, and managing store openings and closures. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the national and international Retail expansion strategy. 2. Coordinate relationships with brokers and manage the store opening pipeline. 3. Your mission will be to lead the national and international Retail expansion strategy, identifying growth opportunities, negotiating strategic locations, and ensuring end-to-end execution of the store opening and closure pipeline, in direct coordination with the Commercial Directorate and relevant internal teams. **What will you do here?:** * Identify retail location opportunities in target cities aligned with the Retail expansion plan defined by the Commercial Directorate. * Coordinate relationships with brokers, landlords, and shopping center operators throughout the location search and negotiation process. * Prepare location comparisons and support the development of business cases for opening decisions. * Monitor the store opening pipeline to ensure adherence to timelines and internal requirements. * Coordinate the opening process with involved internal teams (Retail, Finance, Legal, Visual Merchandising, and Operations). * Act as project manager for architectural-level openings, coordinating architecture firms, engineering consultants, construction companies, and technical suppliers to ensure proper execution of works. * Supervise budget compliance (Capex), execution deadlines, and brand image standards across each project. * Manage communication with shopping centers and property owners during the construction and handover phases. * Ensure operational store openings occur on schedule. A Master’s or Postgraduate degree in Business Management is a plus. * **Experience**: At least 2 years in International Retail Development and Expansion. Experience in the **fashion sector** is highly valued. * **English proficiency at C1 level** (professional use, including negotiations).
