Support in internal training and management of internship agreements Description At Forty Group, we continue to grow—and we’re expanding our team! We are looking to hire a new Personnel Selection Technician, with at least 3 years’ experience in this role, based in Alicante. We are a team of professionals dedicated to managing restoration projects, leisure-sector initiatives, and event organization—but above all, we distinguish ourselves by our service-oriented vocation and passion for gastronomy. With over 30 years of business experience, we continue learning every day to improve, with enthusiasm and steady progress. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Conducting the selection process to fill organizational vacancies, in accordance with established procedures and current regulations. * Conducting interviews and group dynamics. * Updating Job Position Descriptions (JPD) and organizational charts of the Group of Companies. * Recruiting candidates through various sources: Corporate Job Website, LinkedIn, Infojobs, and social media (Instagram, Facebook, etc.). * Planning and executing onboarding for new hires, coordinating across relevant departments. * Supporting internal training management. * Managing internship requirements and signing internship agreements with educational institutions. * Assisting the Human Resources Management Department in various tasks requiring collaboration.
