CEU Cardenal Herrera University seeks to appoint an **Associate Professor of Business Administration** for the first semester of the 2026/2027 academic year. We seek active professionals with a vocation for teaching and commitment to close, rigorous, and innovative instruction.* **Campus:** Elche. * **Teaching Type:** theoretical (lectures) and practical. * **Workload:** part-time, approximately 4 hours per week. * **Schedule:** two mornings per week. Courses to be taught:* Business Administration (Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management) (1st year). Requirements:* Bachelor’s or Licentiate degree in Marketing, Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics, or related disciplines; a PhD is valued. * Continuous and specialized training in business management and organization, fundamentals of business and its environment, functional areas (production, finance, marketing, HR), economic-accounting analysis, and use of computer tools applied to business management. * Active professional practice and verifiable experience directly related to this position. * Teaching experience at university level and/or official accreditations are desirable, as well as scientific output, participation in research projects, and attendance at seminars or conferences in the field. * Advanced English proficiency (C1 or higher) is desirable.
